We like to simplify your wedding planning process by providing all the essential elements required to bring your dream day to life in a single location.
You get the sole utilization of the property from 3 pm until 8 pm on the night prior to your wedding day. If you have not reserved the Marston house the night prior to your wedding, you can arrive at 8 am on the day of your wedding. Departure time is at 11 am the day after your wedding as one a night stay is included with your package. Additional nights are 950$ plus taxes, including the cleaning fees.

Included in Your Wedding Package

  • Two elegantly decorated marquees
  • One-night stay at Marston House for you and six guests
  • Access to the property the day before your wedding for decorating and rehearsals
  • A complimentary bottle of secco offered during the rehearsal to toast in your honor

 

Ceremony & Reception Setup

  • Seating options such as benches or chairs, and a ceremonial arch
  • Stunning waterfront property for your cocktail hour, complete with tables and chairs
  • Chiavari chairs and round or rectangular tables for the reception
  • White linens provided for the reception
  • Setup and teardown of all designated areas

 

Lounge & Outdoor Amenities

  • A cozy lounge area with sofas and a propane fireplace, ideal for stargazing
  • Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy panoramic views of the river, mountains, and sunset
  • Ample parking available, with space for guests to bring RVs, tents, or trailers should they wish to stay overnight

 

Planning Support & Accessibility

  • Professional event coordinator guiding every step of planning and present on your wedding day
  • Supported by a dedicated team ensuring seamless execution and bringing your vision to life
  • Wheelchair-accessible restroom available onsite

  • Bouquet and boutonnière for the couple
  • Fresh floral centerpieces for guest tables

Package 1 - The indispensables

  • In addition to what is provided in the venue fee, we include…
  • A selection of four served appetizers or a grazing table during your cocktail hour
  • Signature Culinary Stations, plated Dining Experience (Available at Additional Cost) complete with two proteins and a vegetarian option (for those who require it) and their accompaniments, desserts, coffee and tea
  • Bar service will be provided by two certified bartenders
  • We will supply tablecloths, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, water goblets, and coffee cups, cloth napkins
  • Each table will receive two bottles of house wine
  • A late-night snack of poutine, pulled pork sandwiches or home made pizza

Package 2 - The Exclusive

  •  In addition to what is provided in the venue fee and the indispensables package we include…
  • Transportation; 1 trip from hotels in Hawkesbury to the venue and two returns from the venue to the hotels in Hawkesbury.
  • Our DJ that will work with you to meet your requests,
