We like to simplify your wedding planning process by providing all the essential elements required to bring your dream day to life in a single location. You get the sole utilization of the property from 3 pm until 8 pm on the night prior to your wedding day. If you have not reserved the Marston house the night prior to your wedding, you can arrive at 8 am on the day of your wedding. Departure time is at 11 am the day after your wedding as one a night stay is included with your package. Additional nights are 650.00$ plus taxes, including the cleaning fees.

Venue fee is 5500$ and includes,

Two elegantly decorated marquee tents

We offer a one-night stay at the Marston House for you and six of your guests
You will also have access to the property the evening prior to your wedding for decorating and rehearsal purposes
At the rehearsal, we will offer you a bottle of secco to raise a toast in honor of you!
Seating arrangements such as benches or chairs, an arch for the ceremony
A beautiful waterfront property for your cocktail hour with chairs and tables
Chiavari chairs and round or rectangular tables for the reception
White tablecloths for the reception
The setup and dismantling of these areas
A seating area furnished with couches and a propane fire pit for those who wish to gaze at the stars
Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy the scenic views of the river, the mountains, and the stunning sunset
Ample parking is available, providing sufficient space for your guests to bring their RVs, tents, and trailers should they choose to stay overnight following your wedding festivities
We offer a mini cottage that is available for rental
The expertise of a professional event coordinator will guide you through every step of the planning process and be present on-site on your special day. Accompanied by a dedicated team, they will ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, creating a seamless experience and bringing your vision to life.
As well as providing a team of committed staff on your wedding day to guarantee that all aspects proceed seamlessly and that your desires are fulfilled
