We like to simplify your wedding planning process by providing all the essential elements required to bring your dream day to life in a single location.
You get the sole utilization of the property from 3 pm until 8 pm on the night prior to your wedding day, you can arrive at 9 am on the day of your wedding (unless you have booked the night prior) and the day of your wedding of course, the night of if you choose to stay and until 11 am the day after your wedding.
One-night stay is included in your package, please inquire for additional nights.
Essential Package
The $5500 includes
- Two elegantly decorated marquee tents
- We offer a one-night stay at the Marston House for you and eight of your guests for one night
- You will also have access to the property the evening prior to your wedding for decorating and rehearsal purposes
- At the rehearsal, we will offer you a bottle of Secco to raise a toast in honor of you, the future Mr. and Mrs.!
- Seating arrangements such as benches or chairs, an arch for the ceremony
- A beautiful waterfront space for your cocktail hour with chairs and tables as well as bar height tables and chairs
- Chiavari chairs and round or rectangular tables for the reception are also provided
- White tablecloths and black ones for the dessert table and coffee table
The setup and dismantling of these areas are included in the service
- A seating area furnished with couches and a propane fire pit for those who wish to simply gaze at the stars
- Numerous Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy the scenic views of the river, the mountains, and the stunning sunset
- Ample parking is available, providing sufficient space for your guests to bring their RVs, tents, and trailers should they choose to stay overnight following your wedding
- Additionally, we offer two mini cottages that are available for rental
- The expertise of a professional event coordinator, assisting you throughout the planning process leading to your special day
- A team of committed staff on your wedding day to guarantee that all aspects proceed seamlessly and that your desires are fulfilled
- A wheelchair accessible bathroom is available
- No bar or guest minimum is required

Packages available in addition to the Essential Package at $5500/=
$118.50 + HST + 15 % service fee / Person
- A selection of four served appetizers during your cocktail hour
- A buffet style dinner complete with an entrée, two protein options, a vegetarian option, grilled vegetables, potatoes and rice, choice of dessert, coffee and tea
- Bar service will be provided by two certified bartenders
- We will supply tablecloths, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, water goblets, and disposable coffee cups.
- Each table will receive two bottles of house wine
- A late-night snack of poutine or pulled pork sandwiches

This package includes everything provided in the Essential Package at $5500/=
$130.00 + HST + 15 % service fee / Person
- A selection of five served appetizers during your cocktail hour
- A buffet style dinner complete with an entrée, two protein options, a vegetarian option, grilled vegetables, potatoes and rice, choice of dessert, coffee and tea
- Bar service will be provided by two certified bartenders
- We will supply tablecloths, table napkins, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, water goblets, and coffee cups.
- Each table will receive two bottles of house wine
- A late-night snack of poutine or pulled pork sandwiches
- Transportation; 1 trip from hotel in Hawkesbury to the venue and two returns from the venue to the hotel in Hawkesbury.
- Our DJ that will work with you to meet your requests.
- An officiant that customizes your ceremony to ensure that it is unique to you
- A bonfire at nightfall.
- Fireworks for your first dance or at the time of your choosing.
- AND additional features that are not explicitly mentioned, as we prefer to reveal these delightful surprises to our couples on their wedding day.
We can host garden weddings for up to 175 guests, while our indoor space comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests. For larger gatherings, we also have access to a neighboring property where we can host much bigger groups indoors.
During summer months our property can accommodate for 200 people in our marquee tents.
