Covid-19 updates

September 22, 2021
The Government of Ontario’s Vaccine Passport announcement took effect today. In order to be seated indoors, proof of immunization and photo identification (e.g. driver’s license or health card) are now required. Anyone who has not received their two doses of vaccine, in the last 14 days or more, will be refused access to our indoor facility. To learn more about this new preventative measure, please read the Proof of vaccination Guidance.
Please note: As long as the weather permits, those who have not been vaccinated are still welcome to enjoy the patio.

This morning at 12:01a.m., Ontario moved to the third step of the Roadmap to Reopen. It’s official, there is no longer a limit of people per table! Masks and social distancing are still required when moving around the patio. Phase three also means that restaurants can welcome people inside, however, we have chosen not to open our dining room for now.  Stay tuned for any changes.

This morning at 12:01am, Ontario moved to Step 2 of the Roadmap to Reopen. This means that our guests can now be seated 6 per table instead of only 4. The province will remain at each step for at least 21 days to evaluate any impacts on key public health and health system indicators.

It’s official! Riverest restaurant is opening to the public Wednesday, June 23rd.
Unless changes occur in the current preventive measures, only the patio will be open, rain or shine. Maximum of 4 guests per table unless they are from the same household. Consult Ontario’s health regulations for all restaurant-related retrictions.

We are temporarily closed until February 9, 2022. Our team will be pleased to welcome you back starting Thursday, February 10th, just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day with you! Until then, you can already book a table online!
