Riverest’s menu changes often — according to season and availability — to offer the freshest and most flavourful ingredients. We also take pride is carefully choosing producers and farmers who’s methods align with our sustainable and ethical principles whenever possible.

We take food allergies and restrictions very seriously. Our professional Chef and his team always prepare sensitive ingredients early in the morning, allowing for a full kitchen sanitization afterwards, thus preventing cross-contamination.
